Salman Khan continues to face serious security threats, with a series of troubling incidents unfolding over the past year.

On April 14, 2024, unidentified assailants opened fire at the actor’s residence, Galaxy Apartments in Bandra. The responsibility for the attack was claimed by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, and seven individuals were arrested in connection with the case. Notably, one of the accused later died by suicide while in custody.

Exactly a year later, on April 14, 2025, the actor received another death threat. An unidentified person sent a WhatsApp message to the Transport Department in Worli, Mumbai, threatening to bomb Salman’s car and stating, "We will enter Salman Khan's house and kill him." The Worli police promptly registered a case and arrested the accused.

Adding to the list of security breaches, on May 20, 2025, a man was caught trespassing at Galaxy Apartments. Police officer Sandeep Narayan, assigned to Salman’s security, reported that the suspect was first seen loitering around 9:45 AM. When confronted, he reacted aggressively, smashing his phone on the ground. The same person returned around 7:15 PM and gained access by entering with a resident's car. On-duty police personnel and a security guard immediately detained him. He was later identified as Jitendra Kumar, a 23-year-old from Chhattisgarh.

Just weeks prior, a woman named Isha Chhabra had also attempted to breach security at the actor's residence. Both individuals were taken into custody by the police.

Given these repeated threats, Salman Khan has significantly upgraded his personal security, including the purchase of a bulletproof luxury SUV equipped with armored panels and glass, reportedly costing around ₹3.40 crore.
